The DVD organizer bags are designed for DVD sized cases, though Blu-ray/PS4 cases fit in perfectly fine.
The shorter height of Blu-ray/PS4 cases also allows for more to lay on top with ease (up to six, I'd say).
DVD case height restricts this, though you can get away with laying two additional DVDs if placed in the center away from the ends of the bag where the zipper is tighter.
A full bag of DVDs/Blu-rays/games is easy to carry around with no flimsiness to it.
